    Weekly Happenings

    Monday – Wednesday: Ditch the kitchen and head to your local to enjoy two gastropub classics for £25, every Monday to Wednesday. Choose our 14-hour Braised Beef & Ale Pie, Watermelon, Edamame & Rice Noodle Salad, Aubrey Allen’s Steak Burger, and our sustainably sourced Fish & Chips.

    Sausage o’clock: Join us at the bar, Wednesday – Friday, between 5-6pm, to enjoy a taste of Jimmy Butler’s finest sausages. Served alongside planet-saving Rubies in the Rubble ketchup. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

    Every Day: Cocktails aren’t just for the weekend. Join us 5-7pm any day of the week for Early Doors, order one cocktail or mocktail, and the second one is on us.

    Friday: Book in for Wagyu & Wine and enjoy a proper Friday treat. Head Chef, Hugh Houston, will be choosing the finest Wagyu cuts for his specials board dishes, and each will be perfectly paired with an award-winning wine.

    Sunday Best: Nothing beats a Sunday gathered around the table, drink in hand, indulging in a top-quality roast! Book in and enjoy two courses for £26 and three for £32. 

    Monthly Sunday Quiz: Join our monthly Sunday night quiz, on the first Sunday of every month, hosted by our very own quizmaster, Geoffrey Allon. Book your 7pm table online and quote “quiz”, groups of up to 6, £1pp entry fee with the winning team taking home the cash and a £50 bar tab!

      Enjoy your three day weekend with us! Join us for a top-notch roast on Sunday, before easing into Bank Holiday Monday with a new favourite from our spring/summer drinks list – there’s something for everyone.

        ENGLISH ASPARAGUS IS BACK

        Blink and you’ll miss it… the wonderful, yet all too brief, asparagus season is here. These sweet, tasty spears are grown for us on the beautiful South Downs, from our friends at Barfoots Farm. Just like us, they care about Making Life Peachy, with a commitment to “looking after the land like you are going to farm forever”.

        Find it on our specials board, served with classic hollandaise and a soft poached egg. A glass of No.1 Provence Rosé wouldn’t be out of place either…
